It all begins with an observation, a human response.

A story to tell. Here we have Mother and Son resting on a worn-out brown couch. A drawing of my cousin and her 7-month year old resting from a weary day of meeting people.

Ink and Gouache Illustrations The commission of my sketch began with a few lines that became a piece involving shapes and text. The color was requested upon purchase and the piece showed promise in its quirky resilient message.

Illustrations

Watercolor and Ink are the mediums where I create pieces on colorful resilience, meditation, and movement. An expressive usage of paper and pen allows the subconscious to come into physical existence.
